Introduction

I serve with "http://www.om.org/index.htm">Operation Mobilisation in a variety of ways.

Equipping

I am a trainer on the OM Training Base in Pretoria, South Africa. I am responsible a significant part of the class training activities. I am also involved in developing other trainers, as well as being backup and advisor to the Director.

I am also the coordinator for OM Africa's LIFE Development initiative. This takes me to various countries in Africa where I am involved in the development of church leaders and pastors. I have also played a major role in the development of the curriculum and material.

I am also involved in various OM International training initiatives, as well as being available to churches and organisations who want equipping or training in the areas of discipleship, leadership, team building, and missions.

Strategic Thinking

One of my gifts is strategic thinking and planning. My ability to analyse situations, ask relevant questions and facilitate solutions make me an ideal person to help your church or organisation work through a strategic planning process.
